"I grant Grace to my Self."
Practice
Close your eyes. Take three breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathe nose-nose for the rest of the practice.
Set the intention to grant yourself Grace.
Open your eyes and look directly into your reflection.
Let your shoulders, chest and neck relax with deep breaths.
Breathe into your heart-center and feel it open.
Look into your reflection's left eye.
Hold this gaze, allowing this aspect of Self to be seen.
Grant it Grace (love & forgiveness).
Look into your reflection's right eye.
Hold this gaze, also allowing this aspect of Self to be seen.
Grant it Grace (love & forgiveness).
Flip back and forth between the two eyes.
Connect with each side of mind-body, alternating back and forth.
Drop awareness down to left and right heart-center.
Facilitate awareness through entire right body and left body.
Watch What Comes Up
Watch what thoughts and feelings come up as you look into your own eyes.
•Does it feel uncomfortable?
•Do you feel judged?
•Do you feel like you want to cry?
•Do you feel anger? Resentment? Frustration? Shame?
Keep looking inward.
Open your Self up.
Receive Love from this Grace-centered gaze.
Grant yourself Grace from any negative thoughts or feelings.
Free yourself of stagnated energies and traumas with each deep exhalation.
Sometimes, it may be appropriate to breathe out through the mouth temporarily for a cathartic release.
Fill your chest with Grace with each inhalation.
Continue this practice until the process feels resolved and integrated. There should be a sense of resolution or completion.
Often this practice can create the urge to cry and a tingling in the chest. If this occurs, let it. The mind-body needs emotional release when tension is high.
Remember, you are more than enough.
Forgive your Self for any dense emotion that might be lingering within. Make space to fill it up with a loving Golden-White Grace.
