Daily Intention Setting Practice

Daily Intention Setting
Aligning Mind, Body & Spirit Each Day
"Every moment of every day is either being consciously chosen or unconsciously unchosen. Intention is the bridge between where you are and who you are becoming."
The Power of Conscious Intention
Setting intention is not about rigid goal-setting or forcing outcomes. It's about creating a conscious direction for your energy and attention. When we set intention before practice, we give the mind a focal point and the nervous system a coherent signal.
Your intentions will evolve as you evolve. What matters is the practice of returning to conscious choice, again and again.
How to Use This Practice
- 1
Begin each practice session by centering yourself with 3-5 conscious breaths.
- 2
Review or set your intention using the prompts below. Speak it silently or aloud.
- 3
Return to your intention throughout the practice whenever your mind wanders.
- 4
Close with gratitude for showing up and honoring your commitment to yourself.
