The NeuroSpinal Reboot Series is a complete 6-class integrative program moving sequentially from Root to Crown. Each class works with a specific spinal segment and its corresponding energy center, creating cumulative nervous system coherence as you progress through the series.

The progression: Root (Hips & Pelvis) — grounding and foundation; Solar (Lumbars) — personal power and will; Heart-Center (Chest & Thoracics) — connection and coherence; Throat (Cervicals & Extremities) — authentic expression; Deep Core (Psoas & Lumbars) — integration and stability; Crown (Upper Cervicals) — elevated awareness and full-body unification.

Each class includes three components: Warm Up & Breath to prepare your nervous system, Movement to activate and integrate, and Cool Down & Meditation to anchor the experience. The series closes with The 9 Empowerment Principles — a capstone teaching that ties the entire journey together.

Join in this first class for creating a stable, centered pelvis coupled with dynamic, mobile hips! Warm up includes: core engaged ankle rolls, hip windshield wipers and psoas trigger point release. Warm up followed by the Conscious Breath and intention setting.

White Light Meditation is utilized to connect heart-center with lower three energy centers.

Neurospinal Reboot: Solar — Warm Up & Breath
Rise into the Solar Plexus center — the seat of personal power, confidence, and will. This warm-up activates the mid-lumbar and lower thoracic spine, priming the nervous system for integration of the fire element within.

Neurospinal Reboot: Solar — Movement
Solar Plexus movement practice building core strength and spinal stability through the mid-lumbar region. This session integrates intentional engagement of the power center with breath and conscious movement.

Neurospinal Reboot: Solar — Cool Down & Meditation
Solar Plexus cool down and integration. Meditation anchors the energy of personal empowerment and authentic will through the mid-spine, connecting your lower centers with the ascending energy of the heart.

Warm Up includes: Standing Thoracic Flexion/Extension, Wide Stance Thoracic Side Bend, Shoulder Rolls, Seated Thoracic Flexion/Extension, and Seated Thoracic Rotation. Breathwork includes: Conscious Breath leading into Heart-Center Clarity Breath.

Deep core movement practice focusing on the psoas and lumbars. This session integrates the anterior fascia line through conscious engagement and release patterns.
Lesson 15
Neurospinal Reboot: Deep Core — Cool Down & Meditation
Cool down includes: psoas trigger point release along with pelvic floor release recommendations. Meditation includes: White Light Meditation coupled with Pink Love Meditation (audio at end).
Lesson 16
Neurospinal Reboot: Crown — Warm Up & Breath
Ascend to the Crown center — the gateway to higher consciousness and integration of the whole self. This warm-up activates the upper cervicals and occiput, opening the channel for elevated awareness and spiritual coherence.

Neurospinal Reboot: Crown — Movement
Crown center movement practice completing the ascent from Root to Crown. This session integrates the full spinal column with breath and intentional movement to activate the body's highest self-healing potential.

Neurospinal Reboot: Crown — Cool Down & Meditation
Crown cool down and full-body integration. This meditation unifies all six centers — Root through Crown — in a complete energetic circuit, anchoring the transformative work of the entire series.
