Provide time and space for mental-emotional integration. Neutral introspection. Peaceful Presence.

Practice

  • Create Intentional time to walk and process
  • Focus on taking slow soothing breaths with deep steady exhalations
  • Be aware of upright posture and the coordination between swinging arms and legs with each step
  • Keep mind present with the walk and the changing scenery
  • If any emotions, challenges, and traumas pop into your awareness, simply let them flow as you continue to watch the trees and changing scenery
  • Set a distance or time that you can commit to your Self in order to honor and heal from the inside-out
