Practice
- •Create Intentional time to walk and process
- •Focus on taking slow soothing breaths with deep steady exhalations
- •Be aware of upright posture and the coordination between swinging arms and legs with each step
- •Keep mind present with the walk and the changing scenery
- •If any emotions, challenges, and traumas pop into your awareness, simply let them flow as you continue to watch the trees and changing scenery
- •Set a distance or time that you can commit to your Self in order to honor and heal from the inside-out
