The Movement Path

Empowerment

Unlock your physical potential and energize your spirit through intentional movement practices. Experience how mindful movement creates powerful shifts in body, mind, and energy.

"Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states."

— Carol Welch

If we don't proactively take care of our Self, our life experiences will push us into reactivity and victimhood. Combining Clarity and Compassion, we integrate and heal at a core level through Empowerment. The ultimate form of Self Love is Self Discipline.

Everyday in all the ways, we can show up for our Self. Maybe it's a five minute meditation first thing in the morning. Perhaps we decide to combine The Conscious Breath with a lunchtime stroll through a nearby park. From a perspective of empowered action, we utilize mind-body rituals to reorganize our mind-body, reprogramming our neurology to embrace more Light potential.

This is where the foot meets the trail, where mindful movement isn't just a means to an end, but a living breathing prayer. Combining a high level intention with a physical practice enables us to heal from the inside-out and truly walk the talk.

Lesson 315:47
Knee & Leg Active Stretches
Dr Cameron reviews 4 key stretches to balance the knee and upper legs: piriformis, hip flexors, hamstrings, and lateral leg. Using active, resistance stretches is a key way to facilitate neuromuscular balance!
Lesson 47:11
Shoulder Rehab
In this informal video, Dr Cameron demos key shoulder strengthening and mobility exercises. Shoulder plugs, Hummingbirds, GH internal and external rotation, Resisted Scapular Slides, Open Book Move, Diagonal Neck Extensions, Hip Hinge Flys, Posterior Deltoid Extensions (Ski Move), Shoulder Press, and Thoracic Rolling Recommendations.
Lesson 512:58
